A woman and her craft studio
Artistry Den Owner, Chanda
A lover of creativity, craftsmanship, beautiful spaces, and everything kind.
Chanda is a multidisciplinary creator, writer, and designer whose work lives at the intersection of storytelling, craftsmanship, interior design, sewing, and miniature artistry. As the creator behind Artistry Den, she transforms everyday materials into richly detailed spaces and objects that celebrate memory, creativity, and the beauty of handmade living. Her work spans 1:6- and 1:12-scale miniatures, doll photography, affordable home styling, custom décor, sewing projects, and DIY interior design rooted in warmth, personality, and thoughtful design.
In 2021, Chanda published her first children’s book, further expanding her passion for storytelling and imaginative world-building. Her creative work is deeply inspired by childhood memories, family traditions, travel experiences, and the everyday textures of community life. Whether designing miniature interiors, sewing custom pieces, restoring overlooked spaces, or building affordable luxury through DIY design, she approaches creativity as both an art form and a way of living more intentionally.
Through Artistry Den, Chanda invites others to rediscover the joy of making things by hand. Her projects encourage people to slow down, experiment boldly, and create beautiful spaces without the pressure of perfection or high cost. She believes good design should feel personal, layered, lived-in, and accessible, whether in a full-sized room or inside a dollhouse no larger than a bookshelf.
Artistry Den has grown into a creative studio and digital community centered around dollhouse miniatures, sewing, interior styling, cozy design, and budget-friendly home improvement. Each weekly project is designed to inspire makers, collectors, DIY enthusiasts, and creative beginners alike through approachable tutorials, thoughtful storytelling, and artistic exploration.
At the center of Chanda’s work is a simple philosophy: creativity should remain playful. Her motto, “never stop learning, evolving, and playing,” reflects her belief that imagination does not belong only to childhood. It belongs to anyone willing to keep creating.
